What we collect and why
When you place an order
We collect your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number. We need these to accept your order, deliver it, issue an invoice, and contact you about it.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and compliance with our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
When you create an account
We store the same details plus your order history, so you do not have to re-enter them.

When you contact us
We keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to resolve the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Automatically, when you visit
Our hosting provider records your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in standard server logs.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)).
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising purposes. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
- Hosting — Hostinger, which stores the website and its database.
- Payment — we are provided with confirmation that payment has been received. Bank transfer details are processed by our bank.
- Delivery — the carrier handling your parcel receives the name, address and contact details needed to deliver it.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
Each of these acts under a contract that limits use of your data to providing the service to us.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept for a short rolling period by our host.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Email info@appeptides.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to make the shop work — they remember what is in your basket and keep you signed in during checkout. These do not require consent and are not used to track you.

Fonts and external content
Typefaces used on this site are served from our own servers. No request is made to Google or any other font provider, so visiting this site does not disclose your IP address to a third-party font service.

We will update this page when our processing changes, and revise the date at the top.
