1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern the sale of goods by MB "Apex Pure", V. Nagevičiaus g. 3, LT-08237 Vilnius, Lithuania, company registration number 308101171 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Research use only — condition of sale

By placing an order you warrant that:

• you are acquiring the products solely for lawful research, analytical, educational or development purposes;
• you have the knowledge, training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely;
• you will not administer them to humans or animals, or resupply them to any person who intends to;
• you are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in the place where you receive the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we believe these conditions are not met.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

4. Orders

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable, or a price is displayed in error, we may decline the order and will refund any payment in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro. We are not currently registered for VAT, so prices do not include VAT and no VAT is charged or shown at checkout. If we become VAT registered we will update this page and prices will show VAT accordingly.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. Orders are held and dispatched once cleared funds are received. If payment is not received within 7 days we may cancel the order.

6. Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Product information and documentation

Batch-specific analytical documentation is provided for each product. Purity figures and analytical results relate to the specific batch tested and are supplied for information only. We make no representation that any product is suitable for a particular purpose.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the products other than for the laboratory research purposes described in section 2, including any loss arising from administration to humans or animals. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
