Orders are prepared and dispatched from Slovakia, within the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days of cleared payment. Because we accept payment by bank transfer, this period begins when funds arrive, not when the order is placed.

Delivery time and cost

Delivery is by tracked courier. The estimated transit time and the delivery cost are shown at checkout before you pay, and depend on the destination and the weight of your order.

Customs

Shipments within the European Union move freely and are not subject to customs duty or import charges.

Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names on the exterior.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, or arrives damaged, contact info@appeptides.com with your order number and we will resolve it.
