Your statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a carrier you nominated, take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise it, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. Email info@appeptides.com with your order number and a statement that you are withdrawing. You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but you are not required to.
Exception for sealed goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Our products are supplied in sealed vials. Once a vial’s seal is broken, its sterility and integrity can no longer be verified and it cannot be returned. Unopened, undamaged vials with the seal intact may be returned within the withdrawal period.
Returning goods
Send returns to [RETURNS ADDRESS] within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. Please use a tracked service — we cannot refund goods we do not receive.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Refunds
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds are made to the account used for the original payment.
We refund the price paid plus the cost of standard outbound delivery. Where you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the standard rate rather than the premium.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If a product arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, contact info@appeptides.com within 14 days with your order number and photographs. We will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
This is separate from, and additional to, your right of withdrawal.
